European PSN updates for October 4th

Remember when SCEE stated that they'd be "fixing" the PSN updates in Europe? Today seems to be the first step in that direction. It's a small step, but we're getting there. Four demos is nothing to be sniffed at, especially when one of them is being released on the EU and US PSN stores simultaneously. Here's the full release list:
Still, when compared to the US update there's definite room for improvement. No Go! Sports Ski? Oh well, maybe next week. Until then, enjoy your demos (even if you've had most of them downloaded for a week from the US store).

1. Can't complain too much as 4 demos in one week is a vast improvement over what was being offered up only a month ago.
R&C demo is scheduled for next week and I'll be ready to download it straight away.

2. Can't complain? This is just wallpapers and demos that we should have got AGES ago....The US has loads of games, and I'm still not playing a bunch of ps1 games, Piyotama, Tekken Online, Pixeljunk racers, Cash guns Chaos, Go Sports Ski, Super Puzzle Fighter, and High Stakes on the Vegas Strip: Poker.

This is getting beyond a joke. I spent a fortune on my ps3, and I'm being denied the chance to play any games on it!

3. Im gonna download the Skate demo to see if there is any improvement on the US demo, dont get me wrong I adore the game. I just want to see if there is any change in the occasional J-U-D-D-E-R that I get.

5. well I don't know if Europe will ever be the same as NA, except for SCE titles. for north American there demo need to be English, for Europe they need to be English, French, Italian, Spanish, German... ect.

6. Better, been waiting for Skate.

Still no PES 2008 though :(

7. Where is my Pro Evo demo, that's the only game I really care about that's coming out in October

Posted at 1:23PM on Oct 4th 2007 by Adam

8. @2
since you are typing in english I'm assuming you can read it too. Just get a North American account and stop whining.

GT Porlogue demo is coming out 10/20/07 in japan only. I'm not crying i just got a japanese account and magically its being released to me in North America.

The world will throw many hurdles at you, the smart and the strong will jump over them.

9. How come Portugal always gets worse store updates? No Fifa, no Skate, no Stuntman... Why? anyone knows?

Posted at 1:41PM on Oct 4th 2007 by Ricardo

10. Because Portugal Sucks. Cause that's why.

Posted at 2:16PM on Oct 4th 2007 by Fartbox 9000

11. I think the store should be global or at least have the same updates in every region. I've already downloaded 3 of those demos from the US store. I hate the way they add a few trailers and a couple of wallpapers just to make up the numbers.

12. yeah it might be "better" but it's still a good two weeks behind! :(

13. On the Japanese Store side, there is a RPG demo, Agarest Senki. I haven't had a chance to play it yet.

14. In most countries in Europe there are these files missing:

So please call it UK-store update instead of European store update

Demos missing:

* Clive Barkers Jericho
* Skate
* Stuntman Ignition

Videos missing:

* Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
* Haze (Gameplay Trailer)
