2. I called customer service at Sony when I couldn't get online. They had me delete my cookies and my cache and I was able to get back online right away.

3. If you are having problems getting online with your browser or the PS store, just delete your cookies and cache. Thats all you need to do. It works.

5. I downloaded the latest PSP update - 3.70
It's pretty cool. They've added custom theme wallpapers, music playback during photo viewing and scene selection for videos.
Enough about PSP though.
I can't wait until they bring out the golden 2.0 firmware update that will allow custom soundtracks. That seems to be the only thing that the 360 is better than the PS3 at in my book.
