1. Got the (cut) UK/DE version of Ninja Gaiden on Saturday. Looks very nice, but seems also very hard. I'm about an hour into the game now.

2. NG is a very hard game. In fact, I would estimate that very few people get past the first boss without at least 10-15 loads. :p

3. It's too bad that Shinobi couldn't live up to what Ninja Gainden is doing to this day.

4. OMG...Shinobi. Gone but not forgotten...oh how thee took many a quarter. *sobs*

*cough cough* might be showing my age a little. LoL

Btw, NG is getting great reviews thus far. 9.3 from IGN. That equals a must buy. Those that like tactical shooters...Rainbow 6 is where its at. Still need to buy Darkness and now NG... man I'm gonna be broke. LoL

5. I'd like to play Boku no Natsuyasumi 3 but I'm guessing it's completely devoid of English.

6. IGN review for the game. 9.3/10. wow.

7. interesting, how people b*tch and moan about the PS3 "not having any good games," then, when titles start hitting rather quickly (ie, this past week, with Rainbow Six, The Darkness, The Bigs, and now Ninja Gaiden Sigma), those same people are like, "too many games hitting, i can't afford them all!"

well *DUH!

i've been gaming for a long time, and i've learned about things like launch titles routinely sucking, and the horrible March-July game droughts.

i've been speaking to my friends and online chums quite a bit about how the PS3 will be picking up steam in late June, early July, with quality game releases, but they continued to beat on that old "PS3 has no games" horse, and now they're floundering in the nearly weekly releases of good games.

hell, even i'm like, "crap, i can't afford all of these!" thank god for Gamefly.

i've been enjoying Odin Sphere, The Darkness, and soon Ninja Gaiden Sigma, until i decide if i want to purchase them or not.

8. >but they continued to beat on that old "PS3 has no games"

Oh, trust me, fanboys will throw that line out anytime. It's almost as bad as the "your mamma..", translation? "I don't have any smart comebacks, so I'm sticking with this even though it's no longer try"

You hear this with PSP all the time, and you will hear the same about PS3. Fanboys who do that are mostly consist of retarded kids or adults who don't leave their parents basement.

9. No no kingofwale,
It's changed from: "PS3 doesn't have any games"
Now, it's: "PS3 doesn't have any game I want to play"

Those of the anti-Sony variety have already started on this trend. I don't see it ending any time soon either.

10. @Andir3.0: And don't forget the old - "PS3 graphics suck compared to..." to "PS3 graphics look the same as..." to "Well, graphics aren't everything - just look at the PS2 and that did well!" :: Starting at launch - to this summer - to the fall's titles coming out (Ratchet and Clank & Uncharted, anyone?) =D

It almost seems like they come out to only drone lies, deciet, and misinformation -as if they have nothing better to do while they wait for their console to come back from the ol' repair shoppe! ;P

But, this is all good for PS3 owners, though... pretty soon, the library will start matching then dwarfing some of the other consoles! =) Can't wait for the day when I hear: "It's not how many games we have, all your games suck. I'd rather have 1 or 2 good games a year than all of your MGS and FF bullcrap!" -Remember: It never stops - it just gets funnier and funnier! =DD

11. I picked up R6 Vegas over the weekend but didn't get a chance to play it much. It's definitely the "thinking man's shooter". Still haven't finished Oblivion and now I gotta buy NG:S and maybe The Darkness. It's the beginning of a great summer.

12. these games are out on Xbox 360, with the exception of ninja gaiden, but it's almost the same as the xbox version. so it's not really that big of a week when they are on other systems.
