Kutaragi: "You can pry the PlayStation from my cold, dead hands!"

Kenny KOK, maybe it's not a serious as all that "cold, dead hands" stuff, but it's clear that ousted retired PlayStation chief, Ken Kutaragi, will be a part of the PlayStation world for some time to come. Krazy Kenny K is just down, but he's not out! The main man behind all things PlayStation is working to ensure that his "master plan" gets executed... one way or another.

According to an interview with EE Times, Kutaragi stated that: "As a matter of course, I have the vision of PS4, 5 and 6, which will merge into the network. Now I'm ready to start working with a much wider world."

Wow, for consoles with a minimum 10-year lifecycle, we'll be living with the ramifications of Kenny's "PS3 through PS6" vision until most of us are... dead. Here's to hoping that advances in gene-therapy will keep us all alive long enough to experience Ken's PlayStation end-game. I can't wait. Of course, the SIXAXIS will have destroyed us all by then.

2. he might be crazy, but you can't deny the fact he's WAY ahead of his time in term of his visions in game industry.

A guy like him will always think ahead.. now he's retired, whether his plan will come in fruitation is in question.

I like the idea of internet based game, although our Internet speed is not fast enough. This is like launching Youtube in 1997. just not the right time. Who knows, maybe in 10 years, we will get Gb/s connection speed and then we can play some real multiplayer games.

3. Isn't it a tad premature to already have an established "vision" of what a device should be all about, 20 years in advance? Nobody has any friggin idea what technology will be like in 2030, so to say you already have a vision means you're a complete liar. He might as well lament the fact he's getting a haircut 3 years and 1 month from now on a Tuesday at 4:22pm and they didn't do a very good job.

4. Here you go kingofwale. Shouldn't it be Wales? Why is Wales plural. Maybe that's why you're a wale. Because it's singular. wale... wale... there's a new tv show called Luna: something something whale. And it looks like friggin free willy except as a TV show.
