- Two players! ...Of course.
- Unlike most arcade shooters, you have 100 health (a la Wolfenstein, etc) to begin with instead of the two or three allowed hits.
- Multiple endings and branching paths like House of the Dead titles.
- Fight such familiar entities as freaky nurses, puppets, zombies (?), and Pyramid Head.
Will we see this thing stateside? Chances are low, but stranger things have happened. Does it go against the whole meaning behind Silent Hill, moving from psychological horror and into frantic shooting action? Probably. Still, it's worth noting just because we love Silent Hill so very much.
