Trophies for PSP

Trophies for PS3 games are now possible because of firmware 2.40; however, what about PSP games? It doesn't seem like the most obvious choice as it's pretty clear that the majority have viewed trophies as Sony's answer to Microsoft's achievements -- a console-based war. Sony could take a further step and bring the feature onto the handheld. It's a playful thought, but it may be one that might be cumbersome and not so feasible for developers.
