If paying money doesn't suit your tastes, Konami is still adding free DLC to the Metal Gear Online experience today. Metal Gear Online will also be updated with MGOnline Reward Points and an in-game shop. By playing the game, filling out questionairres and winning tournaments, players will earn Reward Points which can be used to unlock new gear for your character. This will be available for all players of Metal Gear Online.

If the game wasn't region locked (come on konami, what the hell. At least let me INVITE someone, if not join a server from another country) and they fixed some of the animations (rolling is useless because he pauses before you can run again, stuff like that) i'd be happy to pay money...
I feel like i'm complaining alot recently :(

I've actually gotten over Konami charging for this.
I think that forcing us to pay for things like more maps, skins, voices and extra character slots kind of separates the serious players from those just messing around.

$15 DLC on top of a $60 game is very different than $15 DLC on top of a FREE game. I wouldn't have any problem paying for this DLC and supporting KP/Konami, but I never could get into MGO so it'll at least have to wait.

I should probably point out that MGO wasn't supposed to come with MGS4. And MGS4 comes with a 'starter pack'. You could consider MGO as a free thing plugged into MGS4. MGS4 is so great anyway the story mode is worth $60.

Konami is one company that is keeping it real for Ps3 owners, Not taking MGS multiplatform. if shelling out for this expansion means keeping MGS on the Ps3 only, then im happy to support them. im downloading the expansion pack as i type. whos pissed about FFXIII?

Yeah, im a serious player but don't have the money to be spending it on maps n skins, (but im gonna lol) i dont like paying for things like that, konami are lucky i like MGS that much, im also glad there not selling out and bringing it multi-plat (like square, but at least we still have Versus XIII as a Exclusive)
