You may or may not be aware that there's a vote taking place on the official Prince of Persia website. This poll allows people to pick one of three Xbox 360 achievements for the final game. Not much use to PS3 owners, but Ubisoft has done its best to keep us sweet. The poll itself states that PS3 fans need not take umbrage and that they have "planned something special" for us too.
Whether this will have anything to do with the upcoming trophies for the game, or something else entirely, there's no real indication. Needless to say, however, we're looking forward to seeing whatever it is Ubisoft comes up with. What can we say, we love surprises.

Do people really cares about trophies or achievements?. I really don't care about trophies except for those i win on real world like 200m and 400m at my track and field competition's. Trophies=Dumb stuff. If you want to make something special for ps3 make sure your PoP have greater graphics good history and a super game play.

It would be a pretty hefty shock just to have the game come out on the same day as Xbox

Trophies/Achievements work in two different ways.
1.) They boost the ego of the players and it turns into a contest of whose e-penis is bigger.
2.) They provide more of a replay or personal satisfaction factor for people.
All-in-all, I think they aren't so bad if you look at them from the latter standpoint.

something special...oh i know! i theme or another wallpaper or a teaser with the ps3 logo at the ending. I agree with Alex... a delay is more likely.

i wouldn't mind something to do with trophies, but it will probably be a limited edition or something with some extra stuff.

My bets are on a really "nifty" installation screen that all fanboys will refer to when declaring the PS3 superiority.
But seriously, I imagine some form of exclusive content in the form of alternate costumes or even trophy support like some of the other posters mentioned.
I would enjoy a free soundtrack but I don't see that happening.
