Online retailers have jumped the gun. Not only has Wal-mart gone and broken street dates, but now Play is shipping copies of the game out to pre-orderers today, and Amazon is sending over those hefty 80 gig bundles.
Reader Adam L. shares with us photos of his UK special edition set; you can see more on Flickr. Meanwhile, back stateside, NetworkShadow lets us know he received his MGS4 PS3 bundle today (after the break). All this is happening while everyone else will wait in lines later today in blistering heat ... yay?
[Thanks Adam L., and NetworkShadow! Plus all you who sent in tips!]

When I was done with it, it said total game time 19 hours. Now I am not sure if that did include cut scenes or not, I am assuming it did. I played it under Normal and now I am doing hard.

When I was done, at the ranking thing at the end just like every other MGS game, it said 19 hours and some minutes. Now I don't know if that included cut scenes or not, but I am just assuming it did. I was playing under Normal.

The summary said it took me 19 hours and some minutes, now I don't know if the game included the cut scene times or not. I am just assuming it does include cut scenes. I played on SOLID Normal, which is the third highest difficulty before Boss Hard.

What the crap man... I want this game already! I wish my Wal Mart would break street date. Better yet, I wish my Gamestop would cause I made the mistake of reserving it there.

Portuguese people like me won't get MGS4 tomorrow, it has been delayed to 30 June at some stores (FNAC) due to a problem with the truckers here in Portugal because of the raise of the fuel price raising like hell.

WTF? I looked everywhere to try and get a copy early... Even Toys R Us was abiding by the rules! Will try again today, despite my Gamestop doing a midnight launch.

Well I can wait. Just a bit over 12 hours (no midnight launch here). Watching all the gametrailers retrospectives right now. I got my preorder, I'll get there at 10 wait a bit and play it :).
