As for the North American release date, as far as we know, the game was supposed to come out late last month. That obviously hasn't happened. Perhaps we'll be seeing it soon.

I tried the demo and found it boring. I had basically the same complaints that I've heard of the 360 version: It's slow. For a game that prides itself on speed, it sure fails at it.

Played the demo, it felt so flat and boring. About the most fun i had was sticking two ships to each other with one of the weapons.

My 10 year old nephew thought it was kinda slow... yes he's the Racer of the family.. I'm more the FPS+fighter. But I will bend at the will of WipeOutHD!!
