In Europe? Quite large.
In the US? Probably much smaller.

7 million Buzz! games including Buzz! Jr. sold according to the PlayStation Day press conference. Less controllers than that obviously as some families have multiple buzz games.

Yes, Buzz has been out a lot longer in EU/AU/NZ than in US. Very popular party game over here. Hopefully "this summer" includes the EU PSN store!
