Two questions I wouldn't be surprised to see...
1: Why take resources away to make a glorified demo?
2: When is Gran Turismo ever gonna come out for the PSP or the PS3 for that matter?

1. take resources away? we got a new physics engine, 70 cars, Tuning options and online mode. All of which are going to be in the final game and people are willing to pay to beta test. which helps develop the new game and helps fund the development of the new game. not to mention the hardcore fans that get a taste of the final game. Its win-win buddy!
2. dont hold your breath for the psp version release date, nobody knows. I'm guessing after GT5 comes out, which I believe will be april/may/june of 2009. So expect GT PSP no earlier than summer 09 and no later (hopefully) than winter 09.

Yes! Someone please ask about Tourist Trophy 2 (or the incuslion of bikes in gt5 going by some early screen shots)
But most of all someone ask about the PRIVATE multiplayer race patch, how long before that is out as I want to race at times with just my friends!

I have been wanting karts too. I posted this on some other boards but have been told it will never happen.
Glad to see someone else wants karts too.

One of the “themes” that I miss from the original gran turismo is that it centered around taking old and “used” japanese sporty cars that many people found in their garages, tuning them up and racing them.
Now Gran turismos’ “theme” seems to center around World class cars that people dreamed where in their garages. Not that I’m complaining really, but I kind of miss the old “theme” because this is what I do in real life. I have an old japanese sports car that I take to track days.
Also, “memory Card battles” from the original are sorely missed by my fellow GT fans. But I suppose we are entering a new era of GT with online play now…

cool wish it was a full game tho and not a stepped up demo. what is with these companies that are putting out half assed games, whats up with the full game are we going to get a discount on it? yea right. They say there putting it out to hold us over til;l the full game can come out, i think they r just looking for more ways to make more money off us, to make up for the high cost of making a nex-gen game. but that is just me, and im sure they will still mk money off it. i just dont get why we keep feeding them are money so they can keep screwing us over, exaple, WARHAWK half a game, umm GT demo.lol..socom conf..online only...ok i can deal with that, i think..but whats next? mgs4, then an online ver as well to buy, o and not to mention battlefields, " ill take a m4a1 with a 203 for 7.99 plz" lol whatever, i just hope it gets better thats all.

If you think it's too expensive don't buy it and wait for GT5 to drop next year. If you wanna race in the meantime you have no choice but to buy it. They're going to be adding stuff to it all year long anyway, I don't see how you can lose.

we have all heard this before and all you can do is not buy the product if it isn't good enough for you.
I am a big GT fan, so I'll gladly pay for prologue. I am also guilty of buying a couple of Rockband tracks
But I won't be buying more maps or weapons for any FPS that I own. I'm with you there!

Cool wish people can understand the difference between "have to" and "like to" so they can stop talking trash about something they don't have to have in order to feel less inadequate.
I think I'll go to a BMW forum to claim that they charge to much for their cars, they have seats and wheels just like any other Ford right?
