The upcoming PS3 Naruto game has finally been given a name. The official fan site, Hokage's Room, revealed the name to eager fans: Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm continues the PS2 franchise, but gives it a new generation makeover.Although the name has been chosen, fans are encouraged to take a survey, which will help decided the box art for the game. The six choices given are rather busy-looking, but we're glad to see that for once, fans can have direct say in a game's marketing.

I love teh PS2 Naruto fighting games more then the show/comic.

The gameplay is fun if you forget about the annoying voice of Naruto and gang. Also its way better to play with friends, if this has online, would get me a little bit intrigued and hopefully custom soundtracks come by that time, so I dont have to listen to the lame dubbing.

To be fair, the box arts aren't final. Just looking closely at the images, that's obvious. They're just to give an idea of what the final art might look like.
That said, the one pictured in this blog post is definitely my favorite.

Except for the fact that Rise of the NInja's fighting mechanic was utter garbage compared to...heck even the Wii versions fighting games.
atmosphere, graphics, etc Top notch. But when it came down to it, where Naruto SHOULD shine, the fighting was mediocre at best.

As far as I know that would be a no. Shonen Jump has been using Hurricane Chronicles over here for Shippuden so I'm fairly certain when Shippuden gets out later this year, if this schedule keeps going the way it is, it will be Hurricane Chronicles for the anime as well.
This game doesn't look to be set in Shippuden based on Sasuke's clothing, he has his Leaf Ninja garb instead of what he wears during his time spent in the Sound.
