"We're very excited to work with Glenn and the PS Nation team," said PS Fanboy lead Andrew Yoon. "We know firsthand how difficult it is to make a quality podcast. We know that by teaming up with PS Nation, we'll be able to give our readers what they deserve: the best PlayStation podcast on the web. With our combined resources, we're hoping to provide even more exclusive interviews, in-depth previews and reviews every single week. PS Nation has more than proven they can deliver the goods. We're glad to be joining forces."
"Mark and I are excited to partner with the Fanboys, and we hope that we can continue to be entertaining and informative for all of our listeners. This partnership opens a very large door for us, and allows us to bring the community better and more timely information than ever before," said PS Nation producer Glenn Percival. "Our format won't change much, so the show you know is staying relatively the same. The biggest change is that we'll have many more guests, and more interviews with Industry insiders. For those of you in our community that have stuck with us over the last year, don't worry, you'll still get plenty of Shenanigans and jokes about Chuck's Mom."
New episodes will premiere in April and will be available every Friday.

Wow, didn't see this coming. But interesting news indeed.
Now I see what Jarrod was referring to last episode...

Nice Andrew! Nothing like quoting yourself in a story. I just wish it was Rickey Henderson style. "Andrew Yoon does what Andrew Yoon wants to do as it relates to Andrew Yoon"....

I noticed that too. Is Andrew a nickname for some sort of group Android conscience?

I have listened to this podcast for some time, it's a very good one. I guess this is the announcements that Glenn and Jarrod mentioned in the last episode. Glad to see (or hear) that things won't change with the podcast.

That's cool and all...but...I've tried to listen to that podcast and it always seems to come in around 2 hours. 2 hours is WAY too long. It could easily be done in 45-60 minutes if they kept up the pacing. I've got quite a few podcasts I listen to and I've had to cut this one out even though the information is usually good. I just never have 2 hours to waste! Trim it down guys! It'd really improve the show!

I used to commute for 2.5 hours to the Beverly Hills area. This podcast would have been perfect then. It only takes 50 minutes to get to work now so a 1 hour show would be ideal.
If I could sit through 45 minutes of energy drink banter on the Giant Bombcast, I have absolutely nothing to lose by giving them a chance.

Well, first-off, thanks for the well-wishes.
Second, the length of the show has been hotly debated for the entire year that we've been around, and when I posted a poll regarding that question, and it went right down the middle. We've already realized that no matter what we do in terms of show length, we'll never please everyone.
Third, not to sound mean, but with Jarrod off the show, the show length will probably be lower anyway.

Torgo (Glenn), keep it the way it is. I'm actually a casual PlayStation gamer and the only podcasts I listen to are this one, the Full Moon Show, and the Fancast from this site. Two of my favorite podcasts becoming one is AWESOME!!!
Heck, sometimes I wish for a longer show length, but keep doing what you're doing now because you guys aren't rambling and aren't rushing, which equals perfection.
This news was really surprising for me and I'm glad to see this happen.

iTunes search system is tricky sometimes. Search for "playstation" if nothing else.

I just use the PSP's RSS reader and either stream it or, most of time, download it and take it with me on long car rides.
Been listening to this podcast every week since the mid-30's (in terms of episode number).

I'd say keep the show the same, or at least not worry about how long it is. If the conversation goes for two hours, I'd say let it.
I am going to miss Jarred, though. I think he added a different, but important perspective to the show.

So are these the new folks that will be filling the available positions at PS3 Fanboy? Or is this only a "collabo" like it states in the post?
