Yeah they need to put a bit more time into the visuals indeed... I mean the real life footage was stunning and then when it cut to gameplay I was like, you joking right? Is this for PSP?

I don't think they are trying to compete, they're probably just trying to get some money out of those Mexican fans of the real race, the "Baja 1000".

I was going to say the same thing. From this small glimps, it doesn't seem up to par with MS 1.
We shall see

LOL! It looks almost exactly like Excite Truck for my Nintendo Wii.
The graphics is really ugly. When they changed from real world footage to the in-game graphics I almost started to laugh...

Hey, just calm your tuna fish sticks down.My uncle(Chris Parker) has a 99% chance of being in this video game.(If he's not, they will probably make another one for dirt bike and ATV riders.) He said that the person who asked him if he wanted to be in a Baja video game told him it was gonna be one of the best games ever.

With games like Motostorm, DIRT & Gran Turismo...why would anyone try and compete. These games alone cover basically any type of gamer, not to mention have great graphics and gameplay mechanics.

Competition drives the industry. take a look at Skate and Rock Band. However, Baja falls short in a very important aspect...
If your competition would drive that industry forward, one must first "compete"
