Giorgio, Evan, and William. Those are your main characters for Time Crisis 4 and your mission is to battle terrorists -- wait, no, they're not terrorists. But they are! Insert cheesy voice-over and explosion. This trailer is bad. Not bad as in "this game sucks" but it's hilariously bad like Zero Wing. But, as they say at the end of the trailer, at least it won't be boring. These games are a lot of fun to play and have eaten our quarters for over ten years. We're excited to test it out in our homes!
It's cool, I never expected much out of this series as far as a compelling story or great voice overs. I just liked this game for it's great arcade feel with the Guncon controller and stuff.
@3 Yeah, I never looket to the Time Crisis series for a compelling story or great voice overs, I enjoyed it for the great arcade experience that it gives with the Guncon and all. I take my Time Crisis with extra cheese please.
I really want to get this game. I don't really think the voice acting was too bad. The only thing that kind of ruined it was the ending voice that said TIME CRISIS 4. Anyways to you Time Crisis fans do you think part 5 should have the return of Richard Miller and he has a final confrontation with Wild Dog and that's the end of the series.
This is not as bad as I expected. It sounds like they are aware of the tongue-in-cheekiness, and are playing along, so this has a goofiness that I find strangely compelling. It's also a nice nod to the voice bits of those beloved games of the past, such as Soul Caliber (I think), for the Dreamcast. I think this playful style of voice-acting and funky script are perfect for a game like this.
Have you guys even heard of the voice acting in Ninja Assault? It's on par with this one. Anyway I would like to try this game, even though the arcade version is still the better one.

I kept hoping the announcer would say "Chun-Li". But "Time Crisis (awkward pause) Four" will have to suffice.

You guys realise that the bad voice acting and script are intentional, right?
