Wow, I only got 12 right, I was more looking at the backgrounds to determing if they were from GT5 or real life, but, I did better than I thought:-)

Too bad they don't tell you wish one's are what after you finish:-(

14 out of 14, helped by the fact that half of them have sony disclaimers or logos on them making it damn obvious.
As for Q15, pic 1 is real, pic 2 is from F1:CE, however i initially thought they were both real until i spotted the F1:CE banner in the background.
So i didnt bother ticking either because neither were GT photos, got 14pts, then tried it with 15B and got the 15th point, but they're still cheating :P

Despite getting them all right, i have to admit had they been clean samples (free from GT logos & text) they could have been used for a motoring magazine and im sure people wouldnt tell the difference.

Car shaders are absolutely superb in GT5. However, I am not keen on the surroundings, as far as I could see in trailers. There were even texture repeat problems on occasions, and the trees use a cross billboard technique. All this probably because, they want to run it 60fps at 1080p. Very pointless to me (the 1080p part, not 60fps of course. 60 fps is a must). I'd have preferred better surroundings at 720p, and maybe throw in there some AA to make it even smoother. And wait, the replay mode is 30fps. Urgh. I am gonna buy it anyways, but these make me a sad little boy.

I got 13. From the HD trailers I've seen its the background that ruins it for these cars as its not up to the same quality. The cars look so photorealistic they're out of place. You could fit the car in a real life video and you wouldn't be able to tell.

If the last one, pic 2 is from F1:CE I like to point out that the cars do not look like that in the gameplay.

You know they still have some time until the finished product comes out so you know they could work out the kinks and make it run really smooth! I won't sell it short until I see the finished product but from what I'm seeing GT5 is looking amazing!

We have only seen fairly blank backgrounds thus far. I still expect more than this game is currently giving. I like the fact the full product will continue to be supported after release. Hopefully the additions won't be subjected the same pricing idiocy that Prologue suffered.

If you have seen the trailers it makes this a while lote easier because of the brick pattern used, and the red suits that the pit crew wear.

I think your confused. Its the fact that we can barely tell the difference between real life and gt5 that showcases the true power of the PS3.

I'm assuming they worked on the car models first because thats what most people look at, and are now cleaning up the backround.
