"The" best reason?
It's one of the best, no doubt. There are too many to name just one. PS3 will have at least one AAA game for every genre every year for a decade.
This is going to be a very expensive year, I lOVE it!!!

Different games appeal to different people, and that's the reason I bought a PS3. The PS3 offers so much diversity in their game selection, not just shooters and arcade games (COUGH, XBOX). With so much choice in games, with literally every genre having just an absolutely awesome game, the PS3 is going to have systems flying off the shelves before you know it. And in my books, Killzone 2 won, just because I didn't expect it to look like that.

Sony is doing a great job of covering all interests and genres. Can you name a genre Sony doesn't have exclusives for?
You forgot Xbox also has racing games.(I'll admit Forza 2 is pretty awesome)

I totally agree with Alphabetpictures, I'd never thought of that but that's something I love about every Playstation I've owned, is that I can get an awesome version of any genre on this platform, not to mention the franchises I love, such as Ratchet, Jak, Sly, Final Fantasy, and of course Gran Turismo.
