Worldwide PS3 releases for the week of May 28th

Another week, another set of PS3 game releases. Here we go.

US Games
  • Surf's Up
EU Games
  • No new releases
Asian Games
  • No new releases
Okay, so that's not exactly a 'set' of releases. It's a release. Pretty dire stuff, really. Don't worry though, June promises to be a much more prolific month. As long as none of those pesky last minute delays pop up. Fingers crossed.

Don't forget, your PS3 is region free so if you're in a PAL region and want to play Surf's Up a few weeks early then there's nothing stopping you. No? Didn't think so. Releases are subject to change so make sure to call ahead before wasting a trip to the shop.

1. Why doesn't Sony make games for their own motion pictures?

So many animal animation movies. Have you noticed that these movies get released in pairs based on the type of animal
Finding Nemo...Shark Tale
Madagascar...The Wild
Happy Feet...Surfs Up

Can anyone think of any animation movie that has made an entertaining game?

The only original title to come out in the last few months is this!?

Meanwhile the Home and Warhawk Betas are online and I have not been invited to either of them.

Way to GO SONY.... Hoo RA!

3. If the Beta's are working fine. Why doesn't Sony release them already. I guess they are going for a holiday blitz.

5. I think we need more of these rated E games. While it's not for me the system needs to build a base of games for all ages to compete in the long run. On a side note my kids PS2 games, especially star wars battlefront 2 looks a lot better with the recent update. Loving the smoothing and upscaling. Dvd's are looking so good on my 32" 1080P sharp that I may hold off buying more blue ray movies until the prices start coming down.
